One day, Pharaoh, the ruler of Egypt, was plagued by troubling dreams that no one could interpret. When Joseph, known for his dream-decoding skills, came to Pharaoh’s attention, something truly remarkable happened. Here’s the key takeaway: Joseph didn’t take credit for his abilities. He humbly declared, “It is not in me; God will give Pharaoh an answer of peace” (Gen. 41:15-16). This is a crucial point – Joseph understood his wisdom wasn’t a product of his own brilliance, but a gift bestowed upon him by God’s grace.

Pharaoh recognized the divine hand at work in Joseph and entrusted him with immense responsibility.
