Find Strength in the House of the Lord

When I tried to understand all this, it troubled me deeply till I entered the sanctuary of God; then I understood their final destiny.

Hello everyone, today we will be studying Psalm 73. Isn’t it a narrative that resonates with you personally? The author of this psalm, Asaph, was struggling with a difficult dilemma: why do the evil guys always appear to come out on top? While he suffers, the people who are bothering him seem to have it easy. It’s enough to discourage anyone, including us at times.

God therefore invites us to join the church family, a group of believers. It goes beyond simply participating in weekly services, though it is still very important. It’s about forming bonds with those who uphold our principles, who stand by us in trying times, and who we can enjoy both big and little wins with. It is our duty to support one another, to talk about our spiritual journeys, and to encourage one another when we are depressed.

Consider it this way: picture the faith of every individual as a seed. In difficult circumstances, a seed may find it difficult to sprout on its own. However, sow those seeds collectively in a rich garden, tend to them with companionship and support, and observe how they grow into a colorful garden of faith. That is the advantage of belonging to a church family. We are not isolated individuals; rather, we are a part of a larger community in which mutual support and growth are facilitated by religious beliefs. So let’s grow together in the Lord’s house by going to church and getting to know your fellow believers! Together, we’re better on this incredible trip.
